Use this subject line:
RelicPath Account Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with your RelicPath account so the account can be identified.
What Data May Be Deleted
When a valid account deletion request is processed, RelicPath may delete cloud-stored data associated with the account, including:
- RelicPath account profile information.
- Privacy settings.
- Cloud-backed trip records.
- Cloud-backed find records.
- Cloud-backed routes and route points.
- Cloud backup and restore records associated with the account.
Local Device Data
Some RelicPath data may be stored only on your device. RelicPath cannot remotely delete local-only data from a device it cannot access.
To remove local data from your device, you can delete records inside the app where available, uninstall the app, or clear the app’s storage from your Android device settings.
Subscription Data
RelicPath Pro subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Deleting your RelicPath account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
To manage or cancel a subscription, use Google Play subscription settings on your device or Google account.
Data That May Be Retained
Some limited information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or app integrity purposes. Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Processing Time
Account and data deletion requests are generally reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible. You may be contacted for verification before deletion is completed.
